The DECLIK program aims to bridge this gap by providing a career guidance pathway tailored to the specific realities of each student and each region.

These career guidance workshops, led by professionals and corporate collaborators, help students identify their interests and skills while exploring various career opportunities.
Regional career guides are developed. They present various professions, required training programs, local companies, and testimonials from professionals.
Company visits are organized to help students experience real-world work environments, discover various professions, and gain insight into professional settings.
Clubs are established within each high school. Led by older students or volunteers, these clubs allow students to continue reflecting on their career path, exchange ideas, and benefit from personalized support throughout the school year.
